The following menu displays the many options available and has been designed to give you an idea of our style.

The following menu displays the many options available and has been designed
to give you an idea of our style.



1. Initial Meeting

The initial plans are discussed including the preliminary menu selection. At this time you would review our wedding pictures and discuss your ideas about the wedding, such as the menu, beverages, flowers, wedding cake, whether the event type is a sit-down dinner, station or buffet, the wedding site, photographs and special concerns such as valet parking, etc.

2. Initial Proposal is Sent to Client

We will send the proposal to you via fax, e-mail, or postal mail. Please call when you receive your proposal to discuss any questions or revisions you may have regarding the menu.

3. If you are unfamiliar with Delyte’s, we are happy to provide you with an extensive reference list.

4. Having made the decision to commit to Delyte’s, we anticipate your call to hold the date accompanied by a $100.00 retainer.  First Deposit to be made upon menu approval.


5. Arrange a Meeting at the Wedding Site

During this meeting, you will coordinate event details with a party manager from Delyte’s a rental company representative, and perhaps the florist, wedding coordinator, and music representative.

6. Tasting Arrangements

We are happy to arrange a tasting if desired. The hours reserved for tastings are from 10:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M., Tuesday through Thursday. If these times are inconvenient, we can prepare a take-out order for you. Most of our clients taste appetizers, sauces and the entrée course. Please call us in advance to make arrangements.

7. Final Revisions of Menu are Sent to Client

After your tasting we will fax, mail, or e-mail the final proposal to you. Please call Delyte’s  with additional questions and we will have your event manager contact you.

8. Final Count & Deposit

Three days prior to the wedding, please call us and inform us of your final attendee count. Our bookkeeper will then respond with the amount of the deposit.  A statement reflecting the remainder of your bill will be sent the week following your wedding.

9. Delyte’s looks forward to celebrating with you on your wedding day!

Delytes signature platters are beautifully arranged on white ceramic dishware.  Displays are set up on a full table in a waterfall style.  Both are garnished using only the freshest handmade foods from our kitchen.
