Antipasti


STROMBOLI   Italian style stuffed breads.  Sliced into pinwheels and served warm.  Garnished with a country mix of olives and caper berries

BRUSHETTA RUSTICA Grilled Ciabatta bread with buffa mozzarella,
grilled eggplant & marinated cherry tomatoes.

CARPACCIO paper thin filet of beef with arugula, shaved grano padano, capers & lemon.

POLENTA CROSTINIS Crisp polenta topped with mixed wild mushrooms, Italian sausage, sundried tomato & goat cheese.

GRILLED JUMBO PRAWNS  Wild caught gulf prawns wrapped in pancetta then grilled to perfection and served in a pool of red pepper sauce.  Garnished with fresh basil & large crostini.

PORK STROMBOLI Stuffed with spinach, pecorino cheese, dried bing cherries & sausage.  Sliced into pinwheels & served in a port wine reduction.  Garnished with pesto crostini.


Salad


DELYTE’S CAPRESE
  Vine ripened tomatoes with buffa mozzarella, sweet roasted red peppers, grilled eggplant & fresh basil.  Drizzeled with aged balsamic & oilve oil & topped with grated pecorino cheese.

DELYTE’S MISTA  Mixed baby greens with poached grapes, roasted walnuts & gorgonzola cheese.  Tossed in delytes house vinaigrette.

HEART OF ROMAINE CAESAR  With delyte’s housemade Caesar dressing, shaved grano padano & roasted garlic crostini.

MIXED HERBED GREENS With sliced strawberries, caramelized pecans, poached pear & California goat cheese & delyte’s house dressing.

INSALATA di BIETOLE Red & gold beets, arugula, toasted walnuts & asiago cheese.  Lemon olive oil dressing.


Pasta

 

FUSILLI AL PESTO CON BROCCOLI Pasta with steamed Italian broccoli in a creamy pesto sauce.

PAPPARDELLE CON SCAMPONIE GAMBERI-  Flat wide pasta, grilled jumbo prawns & asparagus tips in a brandy cream sauce.  Topped with large shavings of Grano Padano.

RAVIOLI RICOTTA-  Homemade ravioli stuffed with pollo ricotta cheese & herbs served in a creamy pesto sauce & outlined in a classic red sauce.

GNOCHI CON BRIE-  Gnochi in a brie cheese sauce.  Topped with fresh basil & ground pepper.

LASAGNA DI CARNE CON BECHMAL- Delyte’s special dish… layers of fresh noodles, ground Italian sausage, roasted garlic, pollo ricotta, sundried tomatoes, pesto, homemade marinara & béchamel sauce!

CLASSIC SPAGETTI IN A MEAT SAUCE-  A very old recipe handed down thru the DiBernardo generations. A Beautiful marinara that slow cooks for 48 hours.  “That’s what I’m talkin’ about”

BOW TIE PASTA ALLA CHECCA-  Roma tomatoes, roasted garlic, pecorino cheese, basil & kalamata olives, all tossed together & topped with a dolip of mascarpone.

SWEET ITALIAN SAUSAGE BAKED ZITI  A yummy combination of ground sausage, four cheeses, marinara & sundried tomato pesto all baked together.

MINI PENNE IN A VODKA CREAM SAUCE  Penne tossed in vodka & cream!


Entrée


POLLO SICILIA
- Whole boneless chicken, layered with spinach, Grano Padano cheese, leeks & herbs.  Rolled, tied & slow roasted. 

PICCATA DI POLLO- Sautéed sca loppini with artichoke hearts, lemon & capers in a white wine sauce. 

PORK STROMBOLI- Stuffed with herbs, pecorino cheese, dried bing cherries & sausage. 

FILET MIGNON ROAST- Wrapped in pancetta & served in balsamic peppercorn sauce.


OSSO BUCCO SICILIAN STYLE

 

MARKET FRESH FISH-  Seasonal, straight off the boat, prepared over the coals with garden herbs.
