Slow Food Chefs in Temecula's Wine Country
Diggin' Chef Mike Henry of Meritage Restaurant- Callaway Vineyards goods!
The Jersey boy can put out some slammin' food, including this little ditty he recently made for me at one of my last visits! A warm goat cheese crepe with an orange infused raspberry sauce, garnished with blackberries. That paired great with Callaways Viognier.
Mike is one of my favorite local chefs, continuously putting out food made with local, sustainable ingredient's. His Crispy Duck Confit with Roasted Local Carrots, Walnuts,
Sage & Cherry Vinegar, is another favorite of mine.
